"We moved to Queenstown Road in 2016 and, despite living very close to the practice, I was initially reluctant to switch as I was very happy with my previous GP. In the end I did move due to the convenience and I am very pleased that I did. I have always received excellent care here, I've always managed to get through on the phone and staff have always been polite and helpful.
In December about 2 hours before going on holiday I realised that I did not have sufficient stock of my repeat prescription medication to last me for the whole two weeks. I stopped by the surgery and, despite this obviously being due to my own mistake, the receptionist did everything she could to assist me and within 30 minutes they sorted it out for me. I really appreciated this - thanks for the great effort!"
