"It is not a long time for me in this surgery, but since the very first time I went there to register it seems that aside some of receptionists that are very helpful, the other admin staffs and specially the manager are extremely rude and insensitive. I can't forget when for the fourth time I went there to fix so many errors and mistakes in my registration and online booking system and after a long time I waited, finally one helpful staff was trying to fix the issue when the manager came and with extreme rudeness complained why I was there. Indeed instead of asking some other staffs that were chatting and laughing at the back to serve other clients, she blamed me for so many people who were waiting in line and asked me to leave the counter saying that lets do serious things here, as if I was joking or I like to go there and waste my precious time for the sake of errors they made in my registration.
When the manager is that rude and acts that unprofessional, no wander if other staffs would be impolite.
Aside of this, nobody in that surgery is interested to listen to client and this is the starting of poor communications which leads to misunderstanding and finally to problems.
Online booking has not helped much in ease of making appointments, and lacking of patient-centred care is remarkable."
