"I am currently pregnant with my first child and I have received so far the worst care ever with this surgery.
At 14 weeks pregnant I was suffering from very low blood pressure and I could not do anything. GP could not care less and barely examine me. I had to go to Urgent care to be seen properly and receive treatments. Then at 20 weeks, the struggle started to get my Mat B1 form. The receptionist was extremely rude and gave me the wrong information on how to get the form. After researching it I called back and was placed on hold for 15 mins, then she hung up on me and then told me to call back tomorrow morning to get an appointment, it was 10.30am in the morning...she was so rude, and could not care less. It is already quite stressful to be pregnant with your first baby and I believe they should be here to help their patients. I donât think this practise takes good care of their patients and the NHS should really look into this. I spoke to my midwife about it and she said she receives lots of complaints about this surgery. Avoid this surgery!!!"
