"I was impressed when i called recently for an appointment and i did not have to wait for a long time in the queue. The staff was friendly and as soon as i mentioned by date of birth, my name came up and i was given an appointment straight away. Thank you to the administration and this made me so proud of my surgery. I would definitely recommend anyone to join and enjoy such brilliant service.
Secondary, after realising that my prescription was sent to a pharmacy that was not of my choice, i complained to my surgery and that issue was resolved. Now i don't have to go to that pharmacy but will rather be given a paper prescription and choose a chemist of my choice. Well-done to this one too."
