"This surgery is just abysmal, you never ever get through via telephone, I've been on hold for the past 63 mins (yes over an hour!) and counting and the receptionists are more concerned about talking to each other than actually dealing with the patients.
To make matters worst, they can't even process a simple referral letter to a hospital and never once apologised for their incompetence. I'm still waiting for their 'medical secretary' to call me back over a week ago, I doubt this person even exists.
I will shortly be changing surgeries as their level of customer service can only be described as between non existence and shit."
