I work in a gp surgery and I am a practitioner my self in order to understand how to meet the requirements and needs for the patient.
The attitude she delivered was very unpleasant and not helpful in any form or manner. I asked if I could get an appointment face to face as she felt she could not triage me. Her answer to that was no! U will be better my Monday.
I have not visited the surgery for a while as I am usually in good health, but when I am this unwell and ask for another health professionals advice and they don't seem to want to cooperate in helping a patient it is by far poor standard of care.
This surgery has good ratings and unfortunately GPS such as this doctor will lead this service to poor patient satisfaction."
