I have visited your practice about
3 times
1) when you were walk in on the weekends which was amazing
And its a shame that it has ended
As one doesnt always know on a fri that they maybe ill
There are no phones also or v mail to leave a message if u cant get out of bed ect
So walk in was excelent even if only few hrs
But I have to compliment your practice at each apt the drs have been professional and courteous
And excellent at testing breathing
Temp ect
I have seen a member of staff on a Sunday
Who was amazing in the fact that she took my temperature examed me and looked at sml walt on head and instilled confidence in me
2) another member of staff, older also very good
Professional asking questions
I had mid ear infection
3) another member of staff dr 16 dec sun
I had been ill 3wks hacking cough
Chest infection .
This gp was also very gd he listr tned to me he tested and treated
Me with antibotic
I have always found all the staff on reception very helpfull .my last apt was sun 16/12^18at 11am thank you"
