Friendly receptionist and seen after 45 mins brilliant GP who was kind, considerate and reassuring.
We left with antibiotics and an inhaler prescription
Without the service we would had been sat at UCLH critical care for hours .
This is an amazing service and should be seen as an example of a gold standard service and should be replicated and not closed down"
