"I've been a patient at the Wellington heath Center for over 2 years now. I can not give enough praise to the doctors, nurses and staff, who have always been very helpful.
The doctors and nurses are very professional, polite and provide excellent care.
Since we are always hearing and reading negative stories about the NHS, the Wellington Health Center, and my Doctor in particular, is an example that deserves praise.
When I had an urgent health issue a few months back, my Dr. went above and beyond to help, in so much that she even faxed my referral letter directly to the hospital (practically whilst on the phone with me) so I wouldn't have to pick it up myself (as I was in a lot of pain), or waste any time with getting me to see a specialist. Just this one phone call speaks not only about their promptness to act upon an issue, but also about the level of compassion and care I have received at this practice.
I also believe that gesture saved me from experiencing any long lasting complications, as I was able to get to a hospital/specialist the very next day. For this, I am forever thankful.
I feel lucky to be a patient here and would recommend this practice to everyone."
