"The service at Victoria Medical Centre is excellent. The staff are hard-pressed and always busy but provide an excellent service. The reason to write this review is to publicly thank my doctor, who has been our GP for many years.
He is professional, friendly and often goes beyond the call of duty. We are very lucky to have him. He has given great service and advice to us and our daughter.
An ordinary appointment requires a long wait, that is not the responsibility of the practice but of the NHS as a whole, which needs to be addressed by adequate funding.
Congratulations to the VMC practice and our thanks once again to our doctor in particular. Keep up the great work!"
