"Unable to make an appointment as you have to ring every day at 0830, often the phone is still on answer service until after 0835. Receptionist (one of them) very rude but she wouldn't give her name. I received a call from the surgery to make an appointment to discuss recent test results and advised to ring in the morning, I did so only to be told by this rude receptionist that today's appointments are not for routine things. I could hear her talking to someone else saying 'she wants an appointment to discuss test results' in a rather derogatory manner, I did say to her 'She can hear you'. Service and care is much lower than you would expect from a surgery, even using online services your requests for medication are often ignored."
