"I am extremely upset with this surgery. I have been here since I was a baby. And always rated it- until now.
I was put on some tablets by the dr in march 2018. I was told by the doctor as soon as youâre about to run out book an appointment and come and see me so we can track your dosage, how youâre coping and your side effects etc. One week before I was running out, I tried booking an appointment as instructed. Told by the receptionist to call back in the morning and Iâll get an appointment from a cancellation that day. - rang back and was told â no we canât do that itâs a nurse ringing upâ so why was I told I could then?
Tried again the next day and I was told I should just email my presciption request. Expressed how my doctor said I need a checkup before, and she wouldnât book me an appointment.
Rung up AGAIN and was told I canât have an appointment and not only that, itâs taken until today to get my presciption. Iâve had THREE DAYS where I havenât been able to take my tablets and Iâve felt a serious effect. I understand the practice is busy but when itâs something as serious as needing a checkup for a serious condition, why havenât things been sorted out! Iâm now Iâm these tablets for another month before I can see my doctor and see how Iâm coping with them.
