"I really appreciate the patient care which I receive when I attend Moss Side Medical Centre in Leyland. I hear many problems which seem to afflict patients using other GP Surgeries but I can only praise the Doctors, Nurses and Secretarial/Reception staff at Moss Side Medical Centre.
The online booking systems are easy and efficient and the telephone contact (accepting that busy periods are inevitable) are generally good.
I am so impressed with the care, time and interest which the doctors and nurses genuinely give to the problem which you present them with. This then leads to a positive and reassuring course of action to treat your condition which leaves you with reassurance and belief that all is being done to relieve and cure your illness.
Test which are routinely sent away for analysis are ready within two working days thereby ensuring effective diagnosis and treatment can commence forthwith. Your medication can be ready at your local pharmacist virtually instantly and how splendid to receive a back up phone call from the staff to check if all is well.
