"I have been a patient at this surgery for 20 years. I have had numerous ailments throughout this period, but most recently I visited as I had some pain that couldn't be explained. As always I got an appointment easily and attended. I was listened to and referred for a second Mammogram even though I had already had numerous tests, they wouldn't give in or fob me off. Unfortunately, I have been diagnosed with Breast Cancer but if it had not been for the staff at orchard doing everything they could to check, I may not have been diagnosed as I didn't have the normal symptoms. I can ring, call in or go online and I am always able to be seen that suits me. The staff on reception have always been kind, competent and more than helpful and I know I have support if needed.
