"I have been a patient at this practice since May 2018. I returned to the area at this time after being away for 5 years.
I chose to go back to this practice as I had received very good service when I previously lived in the area between 2003 to 2013.
The reason I returned was that I had been diagnosed with leukaemia a year before and had received a stem cell transplant 6 months earlier. I had given up work and come back to my old house.
The service I have received since re registering with Rotherfield Surgery and Brook Health Centre has been excellent. I have had to make a number of appointments and have always been able to speak to the receptionists easily who have been very helpful in making my appointments. I have been able to see Doctors when needed in person or speak on the phone.
I had shingles over the summer and the doctor diagnosed this straight away. Since then the doctors have been responsive, supportive and caring at all times with my treatment for post herpetic pain.
I can recommend all the staff at the Rotherfield Surgery in the highest possible terms."
