"My wife and I are lucky enough to have Broad Oak Surgery as our local surgery. We find the doctor, nurses and reception staff to be absolutely great. I am currently undergoing treatment for cancer and cannot fault the performance of every member of the Broad Oak team. Most of them know us by name, and the doctor has their finger firmly on the pulse (no pun intended) in terms of keeping up to speed with our health, whether they are directly involved or not.
And the best thing is how quickly one can usually get an appointment - if not same day then certainly within a couple of days. My wife was with a nearby Centre where on average there was at least a week's wait for an appointment, sometimes two weeks, hence why we both feel very lucky to be with Broad Oak Surgery instead.
