"My Husband and I have been with this Practice for over 32 years! Our children were here too until they moved out. They too always felt at ease with all Doctors.
I have noticed a lot of changes over the years and more recently improvements. Gone are the days when you can see the same GP when you want; or get a non-urgent appointment within a couple of days. However, all the Doctors and staff are helpful and do their best to accommodate your requirements.
Some of the longer serving GP/Partners remember your family/children which is always lovely and helps to put your at ease. As lovely as the Docs are never easy going !!!
I do my very best not to go to the Doctors unless I feel a real need. I deal with my repeat prescriptions online, so they can be emailed straight to my pharmacist ready for me to collect or have posted to me direct. This in turn frees up the reception for more needy and urgent patient requirements.
