"I was booked in for a blood test a few weeks back and I was told that it would be at College Road .. I duly turned up as required and booked myself in using the patient booking in screen and sat down waiting to be called for my blood test ⦠as I sat there other patients were arriving and leaving and I got concerned that I hadnât heard my name being called. I went to the reception desk and the receptionist looked on the appointments system only to tell me I should have been at Albion Place and I had missed my appointment. I was convinced my appointment was at College Road and wasnât best pleased but it was my mistake, having been told weeks ago my appointment was going to be at College Road I didnât check the text sent which said Albion⦠the receptionist was very polite and professional whilst I had a moment and managed to find a cancellation at the Barming Surgery later in the day. I would just like to thank the male receptionist for his patience and understanding⦠I have now had appointments at all 4 surgeries and I have found the staff to be friendly and helpful .. the biggest problem though is getting an appointment⦠if the cancellation hadnât come up the next available date would have been in April â¦"
