"My family and I have been with Gun Lane Practice for 26 years. We have never experienced any problems at all in this time. The receptionists are second to none and they all work in a professional friendly manner,even when theyâre having a âbadâ day. If they have no appointments an alternative is always offered, be it a telephone call from the GP or an offer of an appointment at one of the local âhubsâ
The GPs and Locums are always very friendly, reassuring and helpful, we never feel that we are wasting their time. They always get to the bottom of the problem.
The nurse and HCA also brilliant.
The Practice Manager is a kind caring person who will iron out any worries or problems. She runs the Practice superbly and her receptionists and herself all seem happy in their work"
