"It is understandable that reception staff are under pressure due to high demands of callers. I am usually very happy speaking to reception staff but today I was really upset with one of them when making a general query about a request of prescription over the phone which i thought wasnt necessary to book a gp appointment and save space for booking. She was so defensive which made me feel unaccommodated as a client. I hope this doesnât happen again as I think reception staff are first in line into making a good impression of the surgery."
