"I have been a patient for 4 years and i have found that the surgery has always done its best to ensure that i am seen straight away if in need. I can book routine appointments on line. I always get notification if an appointment is cancelled and re-booked and an explanation as to why. Getting medication on line is easy to access and pharmacy are always helpful. The range of health care professionals available to help with my needs is excellent and i feel that good use is made of appropriate staff to do certain tasks. I feel that i am listened to and that my opinions count in the way my condition is managed. The surgery, despite major works going on, is always clean and tidy and certainly the medical and clinical rooms during the build period have been kept clean and dust free. Patients has the opportunity to get involved with the refurbishment via the Patient Group. I have been impressed by the patience and goodwill of staff during the refurbishment and that they are very polite and friendly. The surgery has information readily accessible on both its web site and around the waiting room on all types of health and social care support groups and information about life long health conditions. I feel able to ask any questions about my health or concerns either by calling or by telephone. I say Well done Culverhay Surgery and thanks."
