"From first contact with a Receptionist to consultation with GP, Nurse or Practitioner Nurse this Practice cannot be beaten for quality of care and concern for patients.
Staff are well trained and sympathetic whilst still being professional in every way. They know many patients by name and the friendly approach helps put people at their ease. When a patient requests an urgent appointment there is no 'third degree' from the reception team, but gentle enquiries to ensure it really is urgent. At a previous Practice where I was registered patients were made to feel they were being awkward if they requested urgency and suffered a barrage of questions in front of others before an appointment would be given.
The Doctors are amazing and it is clear that the attention to detail and putting the patient at the centre of Care comes from the Top. If a patient needs extra time they get it and as most recognise this, there is no 'tutting' and getting impatient if running late.
This Practice could teach others a few things about how to do things right."
