"Can't get appointments - even need to wait 10-14 days to book in a phone call with a doctor. Took offer of appointment with a clinician in Salisbury clinic as I couldn't get one in Wilton and the person I saw was so uncaring and rude. Wasn't happy that I'd booked an appointment as she did not consider I should be there as i wasn't critically ill - I tried to explain i had been given this appointment but I wasn't aware it was only meant for 'urgent' I simply wanted to discuss concerns with my blood test results with someone in person.
The Sister at the practice was very nice and helped comfort me after the awful experience.
6 weeks since my blood tests and still haven't been able to review with anyone.
