"This GP surgery is a nightmare for working parents. Trying to book an urgent appointment for myself but the only options given were the next available slot which was during the morning when I had a meeting. Then rang later to be given the only available appointment again at afternoon school run time. They apparently cannot give any appointment which is not the next available one. This is impracticable and a nightmare for anyone working and with children.
I am not ill enough to be off work but do need an appointment fairly urgently and I have children who need to be collected from school so surely there should be some flexibility. What other option do I have?
Again a DRs surgery which is catering for those who do not work and are at home all day with no other commitments. If only we all had that luxury!"
