"I have been a patient of this surgery, and of one Doctor for 17 years, since I moved to the area in 2001, and in all this time, I have never once had a bad experience with the surgery or the doctor. She is very polite and respectful, despite having huge workloads, and is totally dedicated to providing the best care for her patients.
I rarely have to wait long for an appointment, as I have registered for online appointment making and also online repeat prescriptions, which are always ready at the chemist of my choice within 3 days of me requesting them.
Usually the only time I have had to wait longer than 2 weeks for an appointment with my Dr is if she is on holiday, but I could see another Dr if i chose to.
The surgery's opening times are convenient on most days, but do lack Thursday afternoon appointments, when the surgery is closed all afternoon.
I highly recommend this surgery to anyone looking for a quick and professional service - but I'd always recommend registering with this surgery for online appointment making, which allows you to choose your own appointment times from the list of available days and timeslots."
