"Absolutely has to be the worst GP Iâve ever been registered with.
You can never get an appointment you canât even get a reapeat prescription half the time as there never actually seems to be any gpâs there.
Standard line is youâll need to go to Bilston all well and good but I donât live in Bilston I live in All saints and when I join a surgery thatâs a five minute walk from my house I donât expect to be told I need to go to a surgery thatâs a 40 minute walk or half hour ride by public transport.
Personally I drive but even still itâs a 10 minute car journey others who canât drive or are disabled etc. Arenât so lucky.
Itâs simply not good enough you either need to staff the all saints surgery properly or you need to split the practices as the residents of all saints health and well-being is suffering as a consequence of this merger of practices
I live my life in pain as I can never get an appointment to get my prescription which is a controlled drug so canât be sent electronically to the pharmacy"
