"I started to call the surgery at 5.30pm on 14/2/19 after being ill for 3 days and off work, at 6.15pm I gave up.
I then started to call again at 08.00 the following morning, finally my call was answered at 08.06am to be told there were no appointments and no telephone consultations.. This was all after making 136 phone call attempts.. YES 136.!!!!! .I HAVE THE PROOF ON MY PHONE.
How can the lines be engaged for so long??
I asked to speak to the practice manager.. I was put on hold, then told she was busy and would call me back, Guess what? I didn't get a call back.. But wasn't surprised.
Since this surgery has been taken over, it has become an utter disgrace and staff are very unhelpful.. Where's the training on people skills?
All I can say is.. if I were the doctor, I'd be looking to relocate elsewhere, this surgery will bring you down with it and that would be such a shame.
Please do not reply asking me to contact you to discuss the matter. As this would be a total waste of my time being as you could not return my call in the first instance.
I will be leaving this surgery and I will be forwarding a formal complaint!"
