"I had enough with this surgery waiting a long time on the phone to get an appointment and then they put the phone down. Why they cut the phone after a long wait. Ironically a few occasions, I had to drive there while still on the phone to make an appointment, I always have to wait at least an hour or over after my appointment time. In 03/08 I was trying to make an appointment the receptionist told me to to the pharmacy to get medication even though I was complaining form disk pain in my back which I was received hospital treatment for it. Is the receptionist qualified to give such advice or that only happens in Brompton health center? When I went to complain at the surgery I was told someone will call regarding this and no one called yet. I will be writing a formal complaint against this surgery."
