"I have recently moved to the area & take 2 lots of medication one of which was over due for renewal .....I asked the receptionist how I went about re ordering this bare in mind I have had no information about the surgery opening times or even a Drs name no contact numbers or basic information she asked me to drop my repeat slip from my old dr which I did I was then informed by the same girl it would be ready Wednesday ... I was working so asked my mum to pop & collect it for me & it wasnât ready apparently still with the dr because Iâm a new patient so I called in after work to be told it still wasnât ready & to go back for the 3rd time that day which is totally unacceptable this time I was informed it was because the dr didnât turn up the day before I was refused when I asked to speak to the dr & spoke to like garbage when I asked what I was supposed to do with no medication......I walked out because I was getting nowhere so here I am 2 days without anti depressant & no idea if I will even get them itâs absolutely appalling needless to say I will not be staying a patient of this surgery because I have been lied to & left without medication"
