The staff is brilliant and very professional. The doctors have very good communication skills and explain things in a simple language and listen to patients.
Sometimes I don't need to visit the practice and prefer a telephone appointment. The doctor always ring me back on the same day when needed.
The staff at the reception is also very professional and always try to accommodate patients during busy hours and prioritize things .
As both the doctors are regular there , there is continuity of care which is very important. They know all their patients very well.
I wish them good luck and hope they will continue to maintain the excellent standard."
