"Super fast response, care & treatment - fantastic service.
I approached the Reception at Keighley Road Surgery hoping to arrange a much needed visit to my 93 year old mother who was experiencing much difficulty reacting to her medication. The Receptionist listened, showed interest, positive support and a proactive approach to resolving the situation. I left the Surgery in a hopeful mood and within half a mile of leaving the Surgery received a phone call from a Dr who listened carefully to my explanation of the details of the problem before being keen to overcome the difficulties and prescribing alternate medication. I immediately returned to the Surgery where, as stated by the Dr, the Prescription was immediately available for taking to the Chemists. My Mother had the new medication 10 minutes later and happy that an alternative could be used!! Fantastic highly professional service!! Well done and thank you, Receptionist. Well done and thank you, Doctor Well done and thank you Keighley Road Surgery !!"
